Kindly note the following Terms and Conditions;
Should you not understand the Terms and Conditions, it is your responsibility to ask WODfitGEAR to explain it to you before accepting of the Terms and Conditions or continue using the website.

Disclaimer

Although WODfitGEAR takes reasonable measures to make sure that the content on the website is accurate and complete, the use of the website is at your own risk and you undertake full responsibility for any loss subsequent from the use of the website or reliance on any information on the website

Prices

We take reasonable measures to make sure that the content on the website is accurate and complete, but should any product reflect an incorrect price or incorrect information due to typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.  In the event of an order being refused or cancelled which has been paid for, we will issue a credit.

Terms of Sale

  1. All orders are subject to stock availability and price confirmation.
  2. The final purchase will not be completed until payment has cleared in our account and has been approved by us.
  3. Once your order is placed, all details are considered final. Please ensure you check your order and delivery address (these can’t be changed after the order is approved and dispatched).
  4. If the delivery address details you have provided are incorrect and you need your order redirected, you will be subject to additional charges with a revised amount.

End of Range Clearance Sales/Specials

  1. All End of Range Clearance Specials are only valid while stocks last and are based on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  2. All End of Range Clearance Special items will not be replaced or exchanged, as they are either being discontinued or upgraded.
  3. Standard warranties apply to all End of Range products, unless otherwise specified.

Payment

  • EFT payments must be paid within 48hrs from time of order being placed. If we have received no proof of payment (POP) within the 48hr period, the order will be cancelled.
  • Customers who make use of the EFT payment method must use their order number as the payment reference. We will not be held liable for any cancelled/delayed orders due to incorrect payment reference.
  • We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard® and Visa
  • PaYfast™ is a digital wallet service that makes online shopping safe and easy by storing all your debit, cheque and credit cards in one convenient and secure place
  • THERE WILL BE NO PAY ON COLLECTIONS, payment will be strictly EFT or Credit/debit cards

Deliveries

  • Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received and cleared in our account.
  • Expected delivery time for all orders will be according to delivery guidelines from payment clearing.

Stock

Although WODfitGEAR takes reasonable measures to make sure that the content on the website is accurate and complete this website is linked to our stock system, occasionally an item of stock that you purchase may not be available. In this instance, you will be given the option for a full refund on that item or be given an online store credit to purchase any products to that same value.

Delivery

  1. Orders are released for dispatch only upon receipt of a cleared payment in full, unless otherwise arranged (i.e. where credit terms exist).
  2. Prices are all in South African Rand and inclusive however a delivery fee will be added at checkout.
  3. If one or more item on your order is backordered, the whole order will be dispatched when all those items are in stock. If you would like the order shipped in separate batches (based on availability) then you will incur the separate courier charges per batch.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

WODfitGEAR may, in its sole discretion, change any of these Terms and Conditions at any time.  It is the responsibility of the client to frequently check these Terms and Conditions.  Should you be satisfied with the changes you can proceed with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with the changes, please don’t proceed with placing any orders or in any other way use the website.  You can contact our head office to discuss these changes.
